A recently renovated three-bedroom apartment, in the centre of Leenane Village and opposite Killary Fjord to the front, offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The apartment sleeps 5 and is ideally suited to couples and friends. There is a shop and pubs less than 100m from the apartment where you can enjoy good food and traditional music during the busy Summer months. In the off season, this is an ideal base for those wishing to explore the local hill walking trails and the wider Connemara region. Adventure sports, attractions and activities are all available locally. Seaweed baths, boat tours, hill-walking and much more are all within easy reach. There are many awe inspiring places of interest in the immediate area including Aasleagh Falls, and the Village itself featured in the movie “The Field”. The village provides ample places to eat and drink and the local shop will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Further afield, the towns of Westport and Clifden are both a 20 minute drive. Galway City is 40 Minutes. Local activities include boat tours, fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, kayaking, coasteering and much more.

3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 5. As you enter the apartment you will meet the living room which is stylish and well furnished with comfortable sofas and an open fireplace with multi-channel TV and high ceilings. The kitchen/dining room is large, modern and well equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area, kitchen and dining area overlook the Killary Fjord and the village. Laundry facilities are available and include a washing machine and a dryer. The main bathroom has WC, sink and shower. Bedroom 1 is a single bedroom and bedroom 2 is a double bedroom, both are well-furnished and well presented. The Upper floor has bedroom 3 which is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower, WC and sink. The bedroom is well furnished and has breath taking views overlooking Killary fjord. The cottage is centrally heated throughout and outdoor seating and BBQ is available. Towels and linens are included. Travel cot and high chair is available by request. Electricity and heating is charged on usage by meter reading and costs are payable directly to the owner/caretaker prior to departure. No pets. Short breaks available all year round. The apartment is located above a restaurant and is accessible via an outdoor concrete staircase which has 14 steps. Free parking is available in the public car park opposite the apartment.
