Facing out over the Atlantic ocean, the property offers unrivalled panoramic views of Killary Bay, Mweelrea,  Clare Island, InishTurk Isand, and as far away as Louisburg in Mayo, and Achill Island in the distance.  The property is finished to a very high specification and is located within a short drive of Tullycross, Tully and Letterfrack villages with their bars, restaurants and shops.  Many of the local bars offer regular Traditional Irish music and dance sessions. The Renvyle area is a very popular holiday destination and offers beautiful white sandy beaches, walking trails and unrivalled scenery. Close to pony trekking, hill walking, water sports, outdoor activity centres, river and sea fishing, boat trips, Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park.

This bright and spacious cottage is in an ideal location for family holidays, a short break with friends, or a romantic getaway.

The main living area is open plan and includes a very spacious and well equipped kitchen with large island and breakfast bar. Adjacent to this is the comfortable dining area with large dining table and chairs. From the kitchen, you go down 3 steps to the living room. Here you will find a bright and spacious area with its luxurious red leather sofas, large TV with Sky TV channels, a wood burning stove and beautiful views of the ocean, mountains and islands.

The spacious hall way leads to the bedrooms, family bathroom and laundry/utility room. Bedroom 1 is a Super King Size bedroom with large en-suite Bathroom and includes a relaxing seating area with ocean views. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are tastefully decorated and very comfortable Double bedrooms. The large well finished family bathroom includes a bath and shower.  The utility room includes a washer and a dryer and provides access to the rear of the property.

The property also has a decked area to the front, ample parking spaces, and a children’s playground area/jungle gym. Outdoor seating & BBQ are available.

Electricity & Heating is included in rental cost from 1 May – 30 September. Electricity and Heating are metered and payable to owner prior to departure from 1 October – 30 April. No smoking inside house.
