Swan Cottage is a recently renovated two bedroom traditional cottage, set in a peaceful seaside location at Camus, Connemara. The cottage boasts a thoroughly relaxing and quiet location, while still offering easy access to all that Connemara has to offer. The cottage offers sea and mountain views and the nearby bay is home to one of Galway’s largest swan colonies. Wonderful countryside and seaside walks are close by, as is Colaiste Chamuis Summer School and a Childrens Playground. There is a craft shop located beside the property. It is 3 miles to Rosmuc, 6 miles to Casla and 10 miles to Carraroe for shops and services, as well as its nearby beaches. Galway city and Clifden are approximately a 40 minute drive away. An ideal location for exploring all that the Connemara region has to offer. Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, Glengowla Mines, Brigit’s Garden and Lough Corrib are all an easy drive away and waiting to be explored. Bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes’ drive.

2 Bedrooms – Sleeps 4/5. Bedroom 1 a Super King Size bedroom with the addition of a low sofa, ideal for relaxing while reading. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and electric shower. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for use by one adult or 2 children up to 12 years old. The living area, kitchen and dining area are all open plan and furnished with modern, bright furniture. A bright sun room is located to the front of the cottage, a perfect place to enjoy that morning coffee. The rear garden and patio with furniture are accessed through the sliding doors at the rear of the living area. The property has an electric stove and has oil central heating throughout. The living room has a large TV with Sky TV channels and a DVD player is also available. The bright fitted kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment. The family bathroom includes bath with overhead shower. Cot and high chair available. BBQ available and shed available for storage. Towels and Linens provided. Electricity and heating included. No pets.
