A modern and luxurious 4 bedroom holiday home located at Roscahill, just a short drive from the villages of Oughterard and Moycullen, and just a 15 minute drive from Galway City. The property is in excellent condition throughout and has been built and finished to a very high standard. The Oughterard area is considered to be the fishing capital of Ireland. Lough Corrib has an international reputation for its fine brown trout. Trout fishing usually commences in mid-May to June, during the Mayfly season. The village provides lots of places to eat and drink and has an abundance of shops which will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, Golf, mountain bike trail, boating and much more. Available for short breaks.

On the ground floor, the large, bright and spacious entrance hall leads to a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable lounge with leather sofas, large screen TV and wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment, including American style fridge freezer, Aga range cooker, dishwasher, and microwave. The adjacent utility room houses the washer and dryer. Also on the ground floor, looking out onto the front garden, is an additional lounge with leather suites, large TV with Sky, and wood burning stove. A large double bedroom with garden views, and a large guest bathroom with walk in shower completes the down stairs accommodation. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 1 is a super-king with en-suite bathroom including shower, WC and sink and offers countryside views. The remaining two bedrooms on the upper floor are both king size bedrooms. The family bathroom includes bath, shower, WC and sink.
To the rear of the property is a paved patio area with furniture which overlooks the bank garden. The fully enclosed gardens and electronic gates provide great security for families with small children. Wi-fi and Sky TV throughout. Highchair and cot by request. Catering service and babysitting service available on request. Linens and towels supplied. Electricity & heating included in rental price. No pets. No smoking in the house. Parties not permitted.
