Connemara National Park, Connemara Golf Links, Kylemore Abbey as well as many more white sandy beaches, are all just a short leisurely drive away.
The nearby towns and villages are host to a variety of restaurants, bars and cafés, offering something for all tastes. Grocery stores, larger supermarkets, and various services are all located within 10 minutes’ drive, providing you with all the supplies you will need for your self-catering stay. The property is accessible via private road at Ballinafad, just off the Connemara greenway at Ballynahinch. The accommodation is over two levels. The ground floor accommodation includes large living room, spacious kitchen/dining room, utility room, guest WC, and hallway with stairs leading to the upper floor.
The well-presented living room is decorated in modern bright colours and offers comfortable furniture, wood burning stove, large flat screen TV with Sky TV channels. The large windows offer views of the surrounding countryside, greenway and woodlands. The large kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, two coffee makers, slow cooker, blenders, and various other kitchen appliances. The living room, kitchen/dining, and hallway all have wooden flooring. The dining table offers ample seating and space for enjoyable family and friends’ meals with views onto the gardens and surrounding woodlands. The adjoining utility room has a tiled floor and houses a large fridge freezer, and a separate freezer, as well as a microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also located in the utility room. A guest WC is located off the utility room. The back door offers access to the custom-built BBQ area and outdoor seating, perfect for those relaxing evenings after a day out exploring the region, or to enjoy some daily outdoor dining. The garden around the property is bordered by natural woodlands.
The upper floor is accessible by carpeted stairs and hosts three large luxurious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king and a single bed, sleeping 3 people in total. The adjoining en-suite is large and spacious with WC, sink, and a large shower. This room offers views of the surrounding countryside and woodlands. Bedroom two is a double bedroom, sleeping 2, with large en-suite bathroom. The third bedrooms is a double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with WC, sink and large shower. The bedrooms all provide high quality linens, are all carpeted with high quality deep pile carpet, and the bathrooms are all spacious with luxurious fittings and finishes.
