The Connemara Pony is a strong and sturdy breed raised to survive in a very harsh landscape. Their hardiness and good temperament is well renowned all over the world. At Manor Connemara Pony Stud they are committed to breeding ponies from the oldest and strongest bloodlines, producing winning show stock from the highest quality broodmares and stallions.
The stud is based in Ardbear, in the heart of the stunning Connemara landscape overlooking the magnificent Twelve Bens. Throughout this wild and sometimes unforgiving land, you will find Connemara ponies grazing on the most rugged of mountains and right down to the boggy edge of lakes and streams.
