The Pier Bar is a Traditional Irish Bar located in the heart of Connemara on Cleggan Pier in Cleggan, with a seated patio area overlooking Cleggan Bay and the Connemara mountains.
They have a large selection of lagers, craft beers, Irish Whiskies and even the odd cocktail special but of course the star of the bar is the Guinness which according to the locals is the best pint of Guinness in Connemara. A varied bar menu is also on offer. Pool, darts, card games, live Traditional Irish Music sessions, Wifi, and an old turf fire are all available in the bar.
